A real working day at Dr Javier Lozano's clinic. No classroom. No slides. No disconnected theory.
You'll understand the causes of misalignments in aligner treatments and develop the clinical judgement to decide when to make refinements, when to use auxiliary appliances and when to adjust wear times.
It's not just biomechanics and planning: a defined working protocol and the correct execution of IPR and selective adjustments help ensure that what you plan on the screen is achieved in the mouth.
We'll place a MARPE with you. We'll insert mini-screws. We'll integrate sectionals. And we'll explain why, when and how. You'll stop performing refinement after refinement with mechanics that are impossible for an aligner.
On arrival at the clinic, we'll give you a comprehensive 300-page manual with all our clinical and working protocols: apply it in your routine with your entire team as soon as you get back home.
Treats complex cases most clinics refer elsewhere: distalisations, vertical issues, severe sagittal problems, adult patients with periodontal compromises
He shares this knowledge as a regular international speaker on invisible orthodontics, co-author of the book Aligner Techniques in Orthodontics and author of the manuals The Transparent Experience and 100 Invisalign Cases a Year..
Honorary member of the French and Turkish Aligner Societies. Member of ANEO, Grupo Ortodoncis and SEDO. Doctor of Dentistry from the University of Murcia. Postgraduate degree in Orthodontics and Dentomaxillary Orthopaedics (CEU).

EVERYTHING IN THE BASIC PLAN, PLUS:
Why do we recommend Pro?
he two follow-up sessions at 30 and 60 days are where most dentists consolidate the changes. Without that support, you risk slipping back into the old routine within two weeks. That's why Pro is the plan we recommend by default. And bringing a member of your team multiplies the impact: you implement the changes together.
Spots limited to 3 dentists per course. They usually sell out weeks in advance.
The clinic is in Murcia, 25 minutes from Murcia Regional International Airport and one hour from Alicante-Elche Airport. Daily direct flights from most Spanish cities and frequent European connections.
Once you confirm your place, we'll send you a selection of hotels near the clinic, with options for different budgets. Most dentists arrive the afternoon before and return home that same evening or the following day.
We don't record sessions because we protect the privacy of patients in consultation. You don't need it either: you'll take home a manual of over 300 pages with all the protocols in writing, and on the Pro plan you have two online follow-up sessions to resolve anything left open.
You receive them in writing on the day you arrive. The 300-page manual contains all the clinical and working protocols: first visit, pricing, adjustments, IPR, refinements, remote monitoring, patient communication. You don't have to memorise anything: you'll take the whole thing home.
Yes, and we recommend it. There's a specific block at the end of the day dedicated to your cases. On the Pro plan you also have two follow-up sessions (at 30 and 60 days) to see how they evolve once you apply them in your clinic.
We do MARPE every day. It's one of the highest-volume procedures at the clinic, which is why we guarantee it during your course. If for some unforeseen reason it isn't possible to see it live, we'll offer a free rescheduling.
Maximum of three. The personalisation is total: it's not a class, it's a working day with room for you, your questions and your cases.
The In Office Course is for dentists who already treat aligner cases and want to improve results, reduce refinements and grow their caseload. It's not a beginner's course. If you haven't done your first cases yet, there are other courses better suited to that stage.
Any brand. What we teach doesn't depend on the brand: clinical judgement, biomechanics, planning, execution of IPR and adjustments, handling of auxiliaries. It applies equally to Invisalign, Spark, Smilers or any system you're currently using.
Lunch with the Ortodoncia Lozano team is included (it's part of the programme, not a break). Accommodation and travel are not included: we'll send you hotel recommendations near the clinic once your registration is confirmed.
