1. Clinical Instructions

The images are not related to the scan. This is something aligners manufacturers will inform us about after checking discrepancies. This is probably due to an internal issue in your office corresponding to:

• Wrong picture. To avoid this, make sure you always take a picture of the patients’ name before and after every series of pictures.
• Wrong scan. Some scanners include “signature authorization” prior to sending the models to the cloud which reduces the chances for this to happen.

To solve this provide the customer with clear instructions:

“Please, upload new pictures attached to this email”
“Please, change scan, use number #### instead”
