Said communication must include the following information: name and surname of the User, the purpose of the request, address and supporting data.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the User him/herself. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the User's legal representative, providing documentation accrediting such representation.
The User may request the exercise of the following rights:
